Appointed as Design and Fitout Architects, we acted from inception to completion by John Lewis and the Main Contractor MACE, to deliver a controlled and refined retail space. The Shop will form the anchor unit for Land Securities refurbished and extended Westgate Centre in Oxford.
With a GIA of 149,00sq ft delivering an interior selling space of 108,000 sq ft over three floors, above two levels of car parking, to include a Customer Collection point, the shop offers the usual John Lewis Departments as well as personal stylists, rooftop catering experience, home design teams, Opticians and travel experts Kuoni.
