M&S Denton is one of a number of M&S Outlet format store completed by Brookerflynn Architects as part of a nationwide roll out. The project included, undertaking elevational treatment, statutory submissions and the fit out of circa 14,000sqft. As part of our M&S appointment we were commissioned to produce a new Outlet Design Guide to assist in the efficient delivery of both design and construction phases as well as considering cost effective design solutions for this specific format.
