The new store in Heathrow Terminal 5 opened in April 2021 and was a progression of the store of the future concept for WHSmith. We were involved in 3 exciting projects throughout Terminal 5, from the evolution of the concept, through to final delivery on site. Our role involved the full strip out of the existing stores, to create a high end essentials store promoting convenience for the airport passenger. T5 Airside Gate was the third dedicated new concept departure lounge store for the business and was well received by both our client and the press.
