Our brief for this project was to create two warehouse units suitable for ‘last mile’ delivery / fulfilment, that would maximise the entire site area and provide future flexibility to operate as either two units or a single unit. Planning permission was successfully gained for an 85,000sqft building and we look forward to the construction stage.
