Leading retail schemes from inception to completion, Andy promotes a strong team commitment to the architectural process and is dedicated to a pragmatic approach throughout the design management of projects. Experienced in running teams relative to large and small contracts with extensive knowledge in the cost effective delivery of fast-track roll-out programmes. Established administrative leadership, proactive and commercial methods of working have contributed to the successful completion of projects across the UK and Europe to the benefit of both client and the success of the company.

Jason joined the board of Directors in July 2013.Since joining the company in 1997, he has considerable experience in retail architecture, leading schemes across the country, with contract value up to £30m. He also has a variety of experience with smaller residential schemes, having designed a number of projects more local to the office. He has a keen interest in technology and developments in software and is a mentor to young architects.

Tom has been a member of the Brookerflynn team since 2016, having joined with an extensive background in retail architecture. His strong management skills and commercial awareness has allowed the business to sustain steady and continued growth within the retail fit out sector. Joining the board of Directors in 2022, he brings his wealth of experience working across a wide scale of projects, ranging from complex refurbishments to delivery of new space. As part of his time with Brookerflynn, he has taken a leadership role across a number of the office teams, delivering multiple high-profile flagship stores and concept schemes for a variety of our key clients.
