The new store at Nottingham Giltbrook opened on the 29th July 2020 and was an adaptation of an existing retail unit. Our involvement spanned all work stages from Agreement for Lease, through to completion of the fitout on site. Our role also included the shell alteration works to the unit, including the installation of a new mezzanine to this 60,000sqft store. The final scheme comprises of a 44,000 sqft selling space, including Foodhall, clothing and a customer café at the upper level.
