The new M&S store at Maidstone opened on 12th August 2020 and our involvement with the project at Eclipse Park, spanned from the Agreement for Lease stage through to completion on the fit out on site. The building is a standalone store, just under 85,000 sqft gross area, delivering 60,000 sqft of retail space across two floors, split between a Foodhall, Clothing and a Customer Cafe.
