Brookerflynn were appointed as lead consultant to deliver the prestigious new 100,000sqft concept M&S store at Stevenage. The conversion of the historic Debenhams site spanned 18 months, with our involvement from feasibility through to delivery.
As part of the scheme we pushed a BIM first approach, with the team adopting new ways of working to streamline several workflows on future schemes for our client.
